Payment is secure and it goes directly to BSPS Area 14.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
All classes: £20.00, plus £5.00 per competitor for First Aid Cover.
Late entries on the day: £25.00 per class, plus First Aid Cover if not already paid (CASH PREFERRED) Please note: An addtional transaction fee of £1.50 (per transaction) will be charged for any late entry fees paid via bank transfer or card payments.
Affiliated to B.S.P.S. The Young Pony Heritage and Young SP/SHP classes are qualifiers for the Winter Championship Show. 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each of the 4,5 and 6 year old class will qualify for the final at the B.S.P.S. Winter Championship Show. In the Young Pony classes ponies can be shown in any suitable bridle.
Compettors do not need to be members of B.S.P.S. to enter however owners and riders MUST be CURRENT B.S.P.S. members to qualify for the B.S.P.S. Winter Championships. Exhibitors in qualifying positons who have never been members of the B.S.P.S. are allowed 7 working days in which to become members and register their ponies.
Rules and Conditions of Entry: The Committee reserve the right to alter times of the classes or judges if necessary. The Committee does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any person, animal or property at the show. All entries must be paid in full when entering. NO ENTRY FEE WILL BE REFUNDED. The Committee reserve the right to refuse any entry, Anyone displaying aggressive or threatening behaviour will be asked to leave the showground without any refund of entry fees and reported to B.S.P.S. This show is run with due regard to Health & Safety everyone attending must abide by instructions given by officials. All vehicles must be parked with due regard to others and as instructed by officials. No cars to be parked in the lorry park they should be parked in the area adjacent to the barn. Horses/ponies MUST NOT BE TAKEN into or ridden in the car parking area. Horses/ponies must not be tied up outside boxes/trailers (or to any fencing) and left unattended. Boxes and trailers are not to be mucked out or rubbish left in the lorry or car parking areas. Droppings can be placed tidily on the Sands Farm EC muck heap or taken home with you. No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lease, authorised agent or rider to compete without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury. ALL STALLIONS SHOULD WEAR A STALLION BADGE at all times. Any horse/pony that has been in contact with any infectious disease MUST NOT attend the show. This Show is affiliated to the B.S.P.S. and all persons entering, competing, showing or otherwise taking part in classes whether they are members or not of B.S.P.S. are subject to the Rules of the B.S.P. S. including the disciplinary procedures and shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdictionof the B.S.P.S. Dogs, Drones, bicycles, roller blades or similar ARE NOT PERMITTED on the Showground or the car parking area. Dogs must be confined to the owners vehicle and kept on a lead in the lorry parking area. Dog mess is to be cleared up and poo bags taken home. Poo bags are not to be left around or hung on trees or fences.
