Payment Details & Event Fees

£12 per class. Late on day entries £2 extra per class
CRC members deduct £2 per class.
MEDICAL COVER: £5 per rider/handler.

Special Classes
Qualifier for the Sunshine Tour Championships 2026 at Hickstead.
ALL shows must be OPEN TO ALL and not require a membership or pre-qualification Qualifying classes must be unaffiliated. Qualification DOES NOT pass down the line. TO QUALIFY: Competitor must submit eligible result for verification WITHIN ONE MONTH of the qualifying competition (by 31st Jan for Early Qualifier competitions, 4th August for all July competitions).

Terms & Conditions
ALL EVENTS RUN UNDER BHS RULES FOR RIDING CLUBS 2026 AlL ENTRIES ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. The judge’s decision in every case is final and not open to debate. 2. Horses and ponies must not be left unattended at any time, including when secured to the outside of horseboxes or trailers. 3. All riders must wear the current PAS or equivalent standard hat with chinstrap fastened when mounted. 4. Class 3 (purple label) body protectors and medical arm-bands must be worn at hunter trials and eventer challenge events by all participants. 5. Competitors must clear up their rubbish, manure and leftover hay and not leave anything on the show ground. 6. No liability will be accepted for anything which may happen to competitors, spectators, their property, servants or horses and ponies in connection with, or arising out of these events. 7. No entry fee will be refunded unless a medical or veterinary certificate is produced before the relevant class or within seven days after the event. 8. Objections must be made in writing, to the show secretary within 15 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a deposit of twenty pounds which is refundable if the objection is sustained. 9. All ridden horses and ponies must be a minimum of 4 yrs old. 10. No horse or pony may be entered for more than 3 jumping classes in any one day. 11. The club reserves the right to refuse admission to events at its discretion. 12. Competitors are reminded that the welfare of their horse /pony is paramount. 13. All dogs must be kept on a short lead. 14. Stallions are welcome but must be bitted and handled by a responsible adult at all times. 15. Any horse acting in a dangerous or unruly manner will be required to leave the show ground. 16. Any person acting in an unruly or offensive manner will be required to leave the show ground and will forfeit any entry monies. 17. Unless in the warm up or competition areas, horses must walk only on showground.
