** Please be aware that the Diamond EC is now in the ULEZ zone. Non Compliant vehicles will be charged £12.50 to enter the zone. No fee for compliant. If your horsebox is LEZ compliant, there is no fee to pay.**

Show Information
SJ / Pole Work Clinic with Ruth Starey - Level 5 coach, BE Level 3 Coach.

These are part of our grass root training to help improve suppleness, straightness and gymnastic ability in the horse for all disciplines.

The SJ sessions will be over 3/4 jumps, concentrating on the approach and patterns for jumping.

We try to match riders to the same level in each session. We offer beginners, novice, intermediate and advanced sessions.

Payment Details & Event Fees
Cost is £22 for Members £28 for non members. This is inclusive of venue hire.

ALL ENTRIES ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
The judge's decision in every case is final and not open to debate.
All competitors and/or owners must have their own insurance which includes suitable public liability cover.
Horses and ponies must not be left unattended at any time, including when secured to the outside of horseboxes or trailers.
All riders must wear the current PASOI 5 or equivalent standard hat with chinstrap fastened when mounted, even if not competing.
All hats must have a flexible peak when jumping solid fences. No camera's/GoPro's allowed.
A body protector is obligatory in all Hunter Trials and Eventers Challenge competitions. A BETA Level 3 body protector displaying a Blue 2018 Label must be worn in these competitions.
Competitors must clear up their rubbish, manure and leftover hay and not leave anything on the show ground.
No liability will be accepted for anything which may happen to competitors, spectators, their property, servants or horses and ponies in connection with, or arising out of these events.
No entry fee will be refunded unless a medical or veterinary certificate is produced before the relevant class or within seven days after the event.
Objections must be made in writing, to the show secretary within '15 minutes of the incident, accompanied by a deposit of twenty pounds which is refundable if the objection is sustained.
All ridden horses and ponies must be a minimum of 4 yrs old.
No horse or pony may be entered for more than 3 jumping classes in any one day.
The club reserves the right to refuse admission to events at its discretion.
Competitors are reminded that the welfare of their horse /pony is paramount.
CRC reserve the right to deduct £1 per entry should a show be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This will be for administrative purposes.
All dogs must be kept on a short lead.
Stallions are welcome but must be bitted and handled by a responsible adult at all times.
Any horse acting, in-a dangerous or unruly manner will be required to leave the show ground and will forfeit any entry monies.

Unless in the warm up or competition areas, horses must walk only on showground.

Personal information that you supply to us may be used in a number of ways to facilitate your riding club membership. It should be noted that as we are affiliated to the British Horse Society as a British Riding Club, your personal information will be shared with them in order to fulfil your BRC membership benefits and they may share with associates for the purpose of fulfilling your full membership benefits i.e. insurance providers. We, Chipstead Riding Club / BRC will automatically contact you about your membership: for example, to ensure you receive your membership benefits, to tell you about news, activities and events. This includes sending you a regular magazine, email updates, information on other membership benefits, and publishing competition times and results in the public domain.
