Show Information

A hands-on CPD day designed to help equestrian coaches understand rider biomechanics to improve performance and harmony. You’ll learn:

 

  • How to spot common alignment issues and rider faults
  • On & Off horse observation techniques to assess movement patterns.
  • Practical tools and exercises to improve rider stability, proprioception, and posture
  • Effective cues and imagery to help riders adjust safely and efficiently

 

Through a mix of short theory sessions, practical demonstrations both on the flat and over fences, and interactive exercises, you’ll leave with practical tools to enhance your coaching and support your riders performance and wellbeing.
