Cost: £35 up to x 2 horses, £45 up to x horses, £55 5-10 horses extra

This Facility Hire Agreement is between SMB Group, Brooksby Equestrian Centre, Hives Farm, Melton Road, Rearsby, Leicestershire, LE14 2LJ and the Billing Contact.
1. SMB Group agrees to provide the facilities as stated on this contract to the client stated on this contract. 2. All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to hiring facility. 3. All bookings will be paid for in advance though MY RIDING LIFE 4. All areas used by the hiring party must be left clean and tidy. 5. The client must leave the site as they found it – any jumps, poles, dressage boards, rubbish, droppings left in the arena or lights left on will incur a £50 fine to the client. 6. Any use of facilities used (i.e. Jumps, Poles or Dressage Boards) without prior arrangement will incur further charges. 7. SMB Group reserves the right to stop any activity at any point for Health and Safety reasons and cancel this booking with immediate effect. 8. No persons are permitted to handle or deal with any horses stabled at Brooksby Equestrian Centre 9. SMB Group will not be responsible for the activity or safety of any member of the client’s party. 10. The client is responsible for the Health and Safety of the riders ensuring that they wear approved safety equipment when dealing with the horses. 11. The client will be responsible for any wilful damage caused by members of their party. 12. SMB Group and its employees accept no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal or group belongings, vehicles or associated horse transporters. 13. A charge will be made for repairs to equipment/ property damage caused by horses or clients. 14. The agreement is made on the understanding that the client and all relevant associated parties and individuals connected to the client hiring the facility has in place effective insurance cover and that no claim can be made against SMB Group and/or its employees for any loss, injury, damage or death, however sustained when use is being made of the premises and associated facilities to any persons or animals. 15. The client is responsible for First Aid. 16. No clients are permitted to state in any literature that they are in partnership with or in any way academically accredited or related to the work of SMB Group. 17. This agreement is purely for the purpose of Facility Hire 18. Any infringement of these conditions will lead to charges being levied in relation to additional costs incurred by the college. SMB Group will invoice these costs to the respective clients. 19. The college is aware that the internal road is not in the state of repair that we would like. 20. All hires must hold Public liability insurance up to the cost of 5 million. Please tick this box to note that should you choose to use it, it is at your own risk.
