Starting Times:

Come and enjoy our famous gymnastic grid work clinic! Great fun and ideal for building core strength, coordination, suppleness and elasticity. We will start gradually from poles on the ground, building up to a full, welcoming grid.


All levels welcome, groups of 50cm, 60cm, 70cm 80cm, 90cm, 100cm, 110cm.

One hour group slots, running from 10am onwards, no more than 4 per group

Withdrawals/Refunds

Bookings cancelled 48 hours prior to the clinic date are eligible for a full refund minus booking fee. Booking made less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours will be eligible for a 50% refund minus booking fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the clinic start date.
