Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance. Online entries only please.
You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Fenning Farm.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Prize Information

 Championship Classes: rosettes to 6 th place and a finalist rosette to each competitor. Prizes in kind may

also be available. Competitors, in accordance with BD rules, must attend prize givings, mounted or
unmounted at the organiser’s discretion, or ensure that they are represented, when requested by the
organiser.
Failure to attend (unless agreed with the organiser) may result in the forfeit of rosettes or other awards.
Correct competition dress should be worn for prize givings, whether mounted or not.
Prize Vouchers for official RoR Merchandise will be awarded in Championship classes only
1 – 5 starters 1 st Prize - £30 voucher
6 – 11 starters 2 nd Prize - £20 voucher
12+ starters 3 rd Prize - £10 voucher

Refreshments:

 Piggy Pony , 5* hygiene rated cafe,  serving tea/coffe cake

Withdrawals/Refunds

 Refunds willo not be offered after close of entries

Terms & Conditions

Fenning Farm is our home and all are welcome but please help us to keep it clean and tidy by using the rubbish bins provided and by clearing droppings away. By completing an entry you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Withdrawals, where possible these should be notified before the close of entries, no refund will be given after the closing date. All classes are run in accordance with the current British Dressage rule book. Competitors must provide the show secretary with an emergency contact number. Neither Fenning Farm or any of their representatives shall be held liable for any accident injury or damage to property or vehicle. All competitors must wear hard hats to the current  BSI standard
