Show Information

AGM, Presentation and Buffet - Social Evening

Club prizes and awards, general social and finger buffet, paid bar
Where: Sittingbourne & Milton Regis Golf Club,  ME9 7PX
Time: 7pm for 7.30pm start
Who's invited: Members, Parents, Partners, Volunteers, Trainers..
Cost: £10/hd (the Club will be subsidising the buffet). 
 
There will also be a talk from Simon Hanson on riders accident cover 
 
 
 

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Faversham & District Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Refreshments:

There will be a buffet available after the AGM and presentation.

Drinks are available to purchase from the bar.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Cancellation Policy
Refunds for clinics or training due to unforeseen circumstances will only be given if a replacement participant can be found by you or the organiser or from a waiting list and at the discretion of the club officials.

Should the club have to cancel a clinic due to unforeseen circumstances you may choose to have either a full refund or use it for another FDRC activity.
Shows & other club activities eg. Social rides, dog walks etc are not subject to the above and any decisions will be at the committee’s discretion unless laid out in the event schedule.
