No style judging, this is purely against the clock! Both riders wait at the start line, first rider jumps the course as fast as they can, when they land the last fence the second rider goes. Again 4 faults for every time the hobby horse stick comes out from between the riders leg and for each fence down, fastest and clearest pair win!

There is only 1 jump, the pole is raised after each round, and the last rider to clear the highest height without knocking it down wins. Elimination if the hobby horse stick comes out from between the riders legs.

A course of obstacles to be completed in a numbered order. You are judged on style and accuracy for the first 3 obstacles and speed on the rest.

Hobby Horse Freestyle Dressage to Music

You choose your song and have 2 minutes to perform your own practiced routine. You are judged on Rhythm, performed moves, interpretation to music and your style, scoring a maximum of 20 marks!

Show Information
Classes 3-8 jump a course of jumps in the correct numbered order. First 4 jumps are judged on style, a nice balanced canter with a good rhythm. Jump 5 to last are judged on speed! No cantering necessary, just go as fast and clear as you can! 4 faults are given for every fence down as well as every time the hobby horse stick comes out from between the rider's legs.

All classes are split into two age categories and prize giving's for each, 9yrs & under, 10yrs & over.
No catering facilities, so do bring plenty of snacks and drinks, camping chairs are also a great idea!

SPONSORSHIP: £10 per class/ age group
TRADE STANDS: £5 for under 18’s, £15 for everyone else.

Toilet on site
Sorry, no dogs allowed on site, this includes in cars.
For everyone’s safety and to prevent the spread of disease, please ensure children and adults do no enter the stables or touch any of the horses at any time, including during breaks or when visiting the toilet facilities.
