Show Information
Pilates helps strengthen hips and stretch out tight upper back muscles, which can be common in horse riders. It is excellent in improving core strength, essential for balance and stability in the saddle. It enhances range of motion and comfort while riding. It can improve posture, translating to better movement, confidence and riding technique.
