Perminent Monarch barn stabling - All stables have a full bed of shavings/Flax on arrival. Extra bedding is available on site if required £10 per bale, can be arranged at anytine during your stay. 

Mucking out tools available to use - Stables to be left mucked out wirth clean bedding around the sides and back wall. All hay to be removed - Stables left dirty stables or with hay in will be charged £20 this will be added to the group invoice. 

Please help us to keep the centre tidy 

No hay to be tied outside of lorries or trailers & please pick up droppings from car parks and walk ways - skip buckets are located around the centre for this. 

Booking Closing date 15th February OR WHEN FULL.  

No BBQ's or live flames outside.

A stable plan and site map will be emailed. 

Cancellations made prior to 15th Feb will recieve refunds less £5 booking/admin fee.

No refunds made after 15th February 2026 

 All stables must be left mucked out with the clean bedding left banked up around the edge of the stable. Full mucking out equipment is availble onsite to use. 

All hay must be removed from stables. No Straw on site. No stables to be booked for storage rooms. Any damage to any stable or Warwickshire College property will be invoiced.

No riding at any time on any College campus grass areas or inside stable the yards or in any arena without prior arrangement.  NO
