Manual entry with payment by card may be accepted in extreme circumstance only +£5 per booking and this fee is not refundable.

Any alteration post publication of drawn order will incur a £5 fee which is not refundable.

Cancellation of any booking MUST be by email from the booking party email address to office@southviewarena.com and an email response will be sent to confirm  the date and time of its receipt. We do not need to be advised of the reason for any cancellation and no evidence of reason including vet's / doctor's letters are required accordingly.

Please make new entries if required during the show via the online system as normal, using your usual device or using the terminals provided in the cafe area.

The purpose of the event is to participate in competitive affiliated showjumping. All attendees must abide by all rules at all times. Anyone deemed to be breaking any rule or behaving in an unacceptable manner (at the entire discretion of the Show Organiser)  will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.)

Anyone appearing to be showing symptoms of an infectious/transmittable disease or virus or any horse/pony showing possible symptoms of an infectious/transmittable equine disease or virus etc., will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.)

 ANY CURRENT GOVERNMENT HEALTH STIPULATIONS MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES

Flat work only initial warm up is permitted in the outdoor arena during daylight hours, immediately prior to your allotted main/indoor arena warm up and jumping slot. Users of this facility must be accompanied by an adult on the ground. Note there is no link to the competition arenas so it is entirely up to yourself to ensure you do not miss your drawn order slot, which can be earlier than the published draw.

There is a levy of £5 per rider-per day payable which includes for first aid. THIS LEVY IS PAYABLE PER MRL DEFINED RIDER/PER BOOKING PARTY. It is therefore advised that only one booking party is used. Also please check your MRL account to ensure that each rider appears only once in the drop down selection box, as each occurrence will be considered as a different rider for this purpose. No refund of fee will be payable in instances of multiple booking parties/multiple rider versions defined. Payment Details & Event Fees

All prices include VAT - VAT statements are available on email request to office@southviewarena.com AFTER completion of the event.

Entry that must be manually processed will incur a £5  non-refundable admin fee. 

Any alterations requested after publication of drawn order,  if permitted, will incur a £5 admin fee which is payable on each request made and not refundable.

Dishonoured or cancelled or failed payments, or any unpaid account in any regard at the end of the event will incur an immediate £20 fee. Interest at 8% above Barclays base rate and all recovery and admin costs will be charged on a daily basis until the debt is settled in full. Please note that entries for future events will be declined in these circumstances.

Stables may be occupied from 3.00 pm on 30/1/2026 up until latest departure by 9:30 am on Monday 2/2/2026.

(PLEASE ARRIVE TO TAKE UP YOUR STABLES BEFORE 21:00)

Stable allocation will be in order of date/time booked AFTER SPONSOR OBLIGATIONS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED. If you wish to be stabled near another party, all parties please request by stating Booking Party names in the 'STABLE NOTES' facility on the STABLING booking tab when booking stables.

PRIVATE TRANSFER OF STABLE/HOOKUP BOOKINGS TO OTHER PARTIES OR IN ANY WAY PERMITTING THE USE OF STABLES YOU HAVE RESERVED BY OTHER PARTIES AT ANY TIME IS VERY STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED AND NEITHER PARTY  WILL BE ADMITTED. STABLES MAY ONLY BE USED TO HOUSE A HORSE/PONY ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING AT THE SHOW AND BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CLASS ENTRY. 

HOOKUP - £75 available only to parties booking stabling with SouthView Equestrian Centre.

All equipment to be used in a lorry to be hooked up to the SouthView power provisions must have a current PAT (Portable Appliance Test) certificate - spot checks will be conducted. Bookers must wait to be hooked up and may not attach themselves to the system. The provision of a suitable connection lead is the responsibility of the booker and this must also have been PAT certificated. Splitters may not be employed.  Any failure caused to the system by unauthorised or faulty connection will be liable to a £200 fine and reconnection will not be permitted / no refund of the hookup fee will be due. A booking for Hookup will only be accepted on supply of the vehicle registration. Any lorry seen to be hooked up for which the registration number is not so logged will be disconnected and the connection lead confiscated. 

PLEASE NOTE Power supply is not guaranteed to be continuous and if you require a continuous supply you must supply your own low noise level generator.  

Overnight Lorry Parking - free of charge to stable bookers only; lorries must be parked strictly where directed. For security and safety reasons, cars (except when towing trailer with a competing animal) are not permitted in the lorry parking or stables areas and must be separately parked strictly where directed.

 

Prize Information

FOR ALL CLASSES : IN THE EVENT OF INSUFFICIENT ENTRIES LOWER PRIZES WILL BE WITHHELD - rule 76.6.

Rule 75.13 applies.

Prize giving format will be advised at the event or on drawn order publication.

Results will be published on the website on the day but will be subject to British Showjumping show office verification. There will be a link to photographs from this display when a photographer was in attendance.

Results may be monitored in real time via the British Showjumping website 'live results' facility, and you are recommended to check your result is as you expect in this system on the day.

Prize money will be paid via one or more refund payments to the booking party on the online payment platform, returning to the original payment means used for the transaction(s) refunded. The maximum that can be paid per transaction is the value of the original booking less any refunds already made and only transactions of the past 180 days may be refunded. 

Where winnings exceed the value of all refund-eligible online booking transactions for the booking party concerned, we will, then only, request your bank information and pay by bank transfer. FOR YOUR SECURITY, PLEASE DO NOT send bank information unless and until asked. Any request will be by email from our prime email address and with verification data included in the request. If you do not wish to supply bank information, a cheque can be posted to you (P&P deducted).

All refunds for prize money payments due will be issued within 14 days of the last day of the  event, in accordance with BS rules. The email which you have included on your original booking payment will be sent notification of the refund having been issued. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCESSING OF THE ONLINE PAYMENT PLATFORM PROVIDERS CAN TAKE TYPICALLY 0-5 DAYS FROM OUR ISSUE TO REACH YOUR ACCOUNT(S). Please therefore allow this time plus 14 days before querying any payments due and be sure to check on your original payment means for receipt.

 

ANY ACCOUNTS REMAINING UNPAID FOR THIS OR OTHER EVENTS or DEBTS DUE TO THE VENUE/SHOW ORGANISERS BY THE BOOKING PARTY, OR RIDER, OR RIDER PARENT/GUARDIAN, OR OWNER (actual or as BS registered or as stated on entry) WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM ANY PRIZE PAYMENTS DUE.

Withdrawals/Refunds

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY.

NO REASON IS REQUIRED & VET'S/DOCTOR's LETTERS ETC ARE NOT NEEDED.

ALL BOOKED ITEMS: Up to noon of day 7 days before 1st day of  event a refund will be paid MINUS online entry system booking fee, online payment processor's fee, £5 admin fee.

CLASS ENTRIES ONLY: After noon of day 7 days before 1st day of event up to noon of day 2 days before 1st day of event, a 50% refund of class entries will be paid.

After noon of day 2 days before 1st day of event, no refund will be payable nor is any transfer allowed.

ALL BOOKED ITEMS: Up to noon of day 7 days before 1st day of  event a refund will be paid MINUS online entry system booking fee, online payment processor's fee, £5 admin fee.

CLASS ENTRIES ONLY: After noon of day 7 days before 1st day of event up to noon of day 2 days before 1st day of event, a 50% refund of class entries will be paid.

 After noon of day 2 days before 1st day of event, no refund will be payable nor is any transfer allowed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRIVATE TRANSFER OF STABLE/HOOKUP BOOKINGS TO OTHER PARTIES OR IN ANY WAY PERMITTING THE USE OF STABLES YOU HAVE RESERVED BY OTHER PARTIES AT ANY TIME IS VERY STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED AND NONE OF THE INVOLVED PARTIES WILL BE ADMITTED.

STABLES MAY ONLY BE USED TO HOUSE A HORSE/PONY ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING AT THE SHOW AND BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CLASS ENTRY. 

Cancellation refunds, when due per the above rules, we will endeavour to issue within 28 days of the last day of the event.

When entering for day 2 of the event whilst already at the venue, please use your normal portable device to enter online as usual, else please use the terminals sited in the cafe.

The purpose of the event is to participate in competitive affiliated showjumping. All attendees must abide by all rules at all times. Anyone deemed to be breaking any rule or behaving in an unacceptable manner, at the entire discretion of the Show Organiser, will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.)

Anyone appearing to be showing symptoms of an infectious/transmittable disease or virus or any horse showing possible symptoms of an infectious/transmittable equine disease or virus etc.,  will be required to immediately leave the showground. (No refunds will be payable.)

 ANY CURRENT GOVERNMENT HEALTH STIPULATIONS MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES

Flat work only initial warm up is permitted in the outdoor arena during daylight hours, immediately prior to your allotted main/indoor arena warm up/jumping slot.

There is a levy of £5 per rider-per day payable which includes for first aid. THIS LEVY IS PAYABLE PER RIDER/PER BOOKING PARTY. It is therefore advised that only one booking party is used. Also please check your MRL account to ensure that each rider appears only once in the drop down selection box, as each occurrence will be considered as a different rider for this purpose. No refund of fee will be payable in instances of multiple booking parties/multiple rider versions defined. For help to delete duplicate riders, you can text the system providers on 07798626075.   

RULE 76.6 APPLIES TO ALL CLASSES.

Presentations according to applicable BS rules as per schedule or as published in the drawn order.

Prize monies will be issued TO THE BOOKING PARTY FOR THE AWARD WINNING CLASS via a refund processed on the online payment platform attached to the online entry system (currently Paypal) within 14 days of the last day of the show. The Payment platform providers will then deliver the funds to the original paying account typically 0-5 days from this issue. NOTE: Prize Payments may be actioned in more than one refund transaction  due to the restrictions of the processing platform (as a refund cannot exceed a booking transaction sum).
 
Any debts owed to the Show Organiser by the booking party, or by the rider, or by the rider's BS registered or actual  parent or guardian, or by the BS registered or as-entered or actual owner, will be deducted from any prize money or other refunds due, before issue.

For your security bank details are only required when unavoidable and if needed a formal request containing validation data will be emailed from the standard SouthView email address.
 

Dishonoured or cancelled or failed payments, or any unpaid account in any regard at the end of the event will incur an immediate £20 fee. Interest ay 8% above Barclays base rate and  all admin and recovery costs will be charged on a daily basis until the debt is settled in full. Please note that entries for future events will be declined in these circumstances.
