Cost: £15 for each 30 min slot. 1 additional horse allowed, only £5 extra per horse.

By hiring and using the arena at Rozel Stables all riders, trainers, owners, spectators, and any other persons present acknowledge and agree to the following: Equestrian pursuits are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury and therefore using Rozel Stables Arena and facilities is entirely at your own risk.
1. All arena hire bookings are non-refundable. Transfers may be possible if 48 hours notice is given. All transfers of bookings are subject to a £5 administration fee. 2. All droppings must be removed from the arena and the parking areas prior to the Hirer leaving the premises. A £20 fine will be issued to those found to repeatedly leave droppings in these areas.
3. Hirers must stick to their allocated time slot so they don’t interfere with any other bookings.
4. Dogs are not permitted on site at any time.
5. Horses and ponies must not be left tied to any trailer or horsebox at any time.
6. No smoking or drinking alcohol is permitted anywhere on site.
7. Litter is to be taken home with you.
8. Children under 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult in the arena.
9. All riders MUST wear appropriate safety wear whilst mounted, including a hat to current safety standards.
10. Use of the arena is at the hirer’s risk. All hirers are advised to check arena before entering to ensure that it has been left in a safe and good clean condition by the previous occupant and are required to leave it in a safe and good clean condition.
11. Hirers are requested to report any damage immediately before leaving the premises either in person or by whatsapp on 07450490849 stating your name and time of booking and the damage/breakage. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment and must pay the total amount required to rectify any such damage.
12. When the Arena is set out as a flat/dressage layout, the jumps can still be used but must be returned to their appropriate storage area at the end of your session.
13. All hirers and their guests and customers are required to adhere to commonly accepted standards of decency and good behaviour. Racial abuse, discrimination, swearing and loud or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated. Rozel Estates reserves the right to ask any person on the premises to leave immediately. Rozel Estates reserve the right to refuse admission to any person without giving reason.
14. All commercial hirers must ensure their event is covered by suitable insurance and must indemnify Rozel Estates and its owners/staff against any claim for accident, injury, loss or similar, however caused to either horse, rider or spectators. On commercial hire days, First Aid will not be provided.
15. Rozel Estates or any persons acting on their behalf do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other person's or property whatsoever.
16. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it may sometimes be necessary to change or cancel your booking. Where the change is considered major as decided by us, you will be offered the option to accept the change, or to receive a full refund of any monies paid against the booking. Rozel Estates is not responsible for any other costs, expenses or damages which may have been incurred by the hirer or their guest/s as a result of the change.
