Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance.
You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Dorset Showground.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Contribution to Ambulance £4 per Rider per Day
 

Stabling Information: Yes

PLEASE RING/E-MAIL  FOR STABLING. 

CONDITIONS OF STABLING
1. Overnight stables will be let for the duration of the show only.
2. Bedding is not provided, shavings/hay can be brought on the showground. No Paper bedding please.
3. Anyone found using unallocated stables will be charged at the full rate for the entirety of the show.
4. All stables must be mucked out before you leave. Please only use the muck-heaps provided.
5. Day Stables will be at a price of £15.00 per day, subject to availability.
6. One vehicle only per electric hook-up, adjoined vehicles will be charged at the full rate of £90.

Prize Information

 Prize money will be sent the week after the show. 

TICKET CODES (WHICH ARE FIVE LETTERS) SHOULD BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE ENTRY.

 Pavilion will be open 9.00am - 5.00 pm

Withdrawals/Refunds

 

 NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER TIMES ARE ISSUED.
