Gridwork clinic with Helen Hawkins, BHS Stage 5 Coach.

Gridwork sessions focussing on developing rhythm, balance, straightness and confidence.

Group - max 4 riders - 1hr - £30per rider

Individual 30 mins -£40

Levels:

Poles - 40cm

50 - 60cm

70 - 80cms

90cm+

These sessions are open to all and will be tailored to those in the group.

Entries close 3 days before.

50% refund 24-48hrs before start time. 100% outside of 48hrs before start time
