Show Information

 A one hour mounted ridden session in a small group. The aim is to increase softness and improve your contact. Franklin balls help with body awareness and controlled movements. It helps you to feel your muscles and put yourself in better alignment. This session will be with Kimberley Smith who is an expert in this field. Some exercises to help with balance and alignment may work over poles and cones etc to help improve the feel of youR position and your balance. The cost will be £40 per person.
