Payment Details & Event Fees

Pre entry, Open to all. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Sykehouse Arena.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Prize Information

All classes willl be judged separately horses/ ponies with separate awards.
PRIZE MONEY: £15, £10, £5. According to competitor numbers in the section, there must be a minimum of 5 competitors in the section for 1st place prize money to be awarded (1 in every complete 5 competitors  is required, up to a max of 3rd prize) 

5-9 competitors in the section- 1st prize, 10-14 competitors in the section 1st and 2nd prize, 15 plus competitors in the section 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize awarded

Prize money is paid back, electronically,  to the card that paid the entries within 72hrs of the show 

There will be no prize giving but rosettes can be collected on the day from our Car Park Steward, prize money will be paid electronically within 48 hrs of show finishing.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawals are required in writing before close of entries for any refund (less £5 per entry admin fee), after close of entries no refunds will be given and we do not carry forward to another show.
