All entries in advance. Entries must only be made via My Riding Life.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Golden Cross Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Withdrawals/Refunds

  WITHDRAWAL POLICY – SHOWS

Email notification to admin@goldencrossec.com.

1. Entries can be transferred to another event.
2. Entries can be placed in credit for you. (You would then email us to use your credits)
3. Entries can be refunded minus the £1.50 Equine Affairs Booking Fee and 10% Admin Fee.

Once times time have been released transfer/refund of entries is unavailable, this includes covid, doc/vet certificates and traffic issues. The above policy is for all shows unless stated differently within the event schedule and includes late entries. By entering an event you give Golden Cross EC and associates permission to use photos and videos which may contain yourself, for the purpose of social media. Unless notification via email prior to the event.

Terms & Conditions

PHOTOGRAPHY

Please be aware that our photographer (PDG Event Photography) attends our events and the images taken at these events are uploaded to their website to view and purchase. The images may also be uploaded to Facebook when sold for social media or used to promote the event and may be used in magazines and local papers. By entering or attending our events you are deemed to accept this, however if you wish not to have your photo taken please inform the organisers and the photographers on the day.

Please note BS rules apply to jumping classes.

Terms and conditions can be found on the website. Due to insurance purposes, no children 3 years and under to compete.
