Entries may close before this date if entries are full. Please enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
The show will be held in the indoor arena at Hascombe Farm Equestrian Centre. 
This show is OPEN TO ALL. 

Class One is a clear round class. All clear rounds will receive a rosette. Riders may be led or assisted. 
Class Two is a ride and run class. The first six fences will jumped ridden, with the last four jumps run on foot (dog optional!). This will be one round against the clock. 
Class Three is a pairs class. The course will be single phase, with the faults/times combined to create a final score. 
Classes Four and Five will be standard single phase classes.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hurstpierpoint College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Entries are £15 per rider + £5 (first aid, per rider/per day)

Prize Information

Class 1 is a clear round, and all clear rounds will receive a rosette. 
In Classes 2-5 the top six will receive a rosette. 
The prize givings will be unmounted in the indoor arena. 

Refreshments:

 Refreshments will be available for the duration of the show from Hascombe Fillies. 

Withdrawals/Refunds

Entry fees will only be refunded on production of a Doctors or Vets certificate or in the event of cancellation by the Organiser, £5 will be retained for administration costs.

Terms and Conditions
1. All Show Jumping classes will be run under British Show Jumping rules 2025 and Hascombe Rules. All heights in show jumping classes are approximate.
2. Changes to entries must be made before the day of the competition and preferably before start times are published. Changes on the day, may only be made before the start of the class and only if there is an injury or incident which prevents a horse or rider from competing and will be at the discretion of the competition secretary.34. The judge’s decision is final. Objections must be made within 10 minutes of the result, accompanied by a deposit of £20 which will be returned if the objection is sustained.
4. Protective headwear that conforms to BSI standards must be worn at all times. All competitors and horses should look neat and tidy. Long hair should be secured above the shoulder. 
5. Horses must be at least 4 years old and must have had their flu vaccination within 12 months of the competition.
6. Horses may not be ridden competitively twice in one class. 
7. The organisers do not hold themselves responsible for anything that may happen to competitors, spectators, their property or horses in connection with, or arising from, these events. It is a condition of entry that the organisers will be indemnified against any legal action caused.
8. In the event of cancellation, a £5 deduction per class will be retained for administrative costs. The organisers reserve the right to alter or cancel any class, to divide any class, to alter the advertised times, and refuse any entry without stating the reason.
9. Misuse of whips or spurs, bad language or inappropriate behaviour may result in elimination and the competitor being asked to leave the showground.
10. All dogs must be kept on a lead.
