Show Information

 

It will involve a short course of ShowJumps (8-10 fences), followed by 10-12 XC fences, finishing with a Joker fence, which will be a ShowJump 10cm bigger than the rest of the course.

There will be an optimum time, where you will gain 0.4 penalty for every second over the optimum time and 0.4 penalty for every second in excess of 5 seconds under the time.

The joker fence is compulsory, if the fence is knocked down 6 penalties will be incurred.

 

We will also be running a Teams Competition throughout the day within the Arena Eventing, teams will compile of 3 or 4 members, teams must have at least 1 member jumping in each height, 80 and 90. The best 3 scores will count, points will be rewarded in relation to placing, 1st – 1 point, 2nd – 2 points, 3rd – 3 points etc. elimination or retirement – 100 points, lowest team score will win. Prizes and rosettes for top 3 teams. £16 per team.

Entries available on line at www.bede-events.co.uk. Entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis, and once classes are full the class will be closed and a waiting list held.

Withdrawals/Refunds

All withdrawals made before entries close will be refunded minus the charges incurred by us to take the entry. After close of entries, if replaced, entry fees will be refunded minus admin charge, thereafter, no refund will be made

Should you receive an injury as the direct result of an accident occurring whilst you are participating in any event organised by an affiliated event organiser, any medical reports relating to your condition will be passed to British Eventing. Any medical reports passed to British Eventing will be held on your records and passed in confidence to the UK Transport Research Lab for the purposes of safety analyses.

 

The competitor confirms that they have appropriate third-party insurance cover in place for the day of the competition for which they are entering.
