By booking a place at this event and making payment online, you acknowledge that the inherent risks involved in riding, working and being in close proximity of horses and their environment including but not limited to; bites, kicks, being thrown or bucked off, tripping, slipping or falling or otherwise being injured in the arena, stalls or on the ground are done at your own risk. Making aforesaid booking / payment indicates your understanding that you are giving up certain legal rights, including the right to recover damages in case of injury, death or property damage, which may occur as a result of horse riding or participation in equine activities at our event(s). 

We use photographs and videos from our clinics / events for promotional purposes. By booking and making payment online, you consent and agree to all images being used by us for promotional purposes including on our social media pages and for use on our and other websites. 

A minimum of 48-hours’ notice is required to cancel your place on a clinic. If you are unable to attend, please inform the coach or All-Steps at least 48-hours before the clinic start time.

Cancellations made more than 48-hours in advance: 

Your booking fee will be added to the carried over list and can be used towards a future booking within the next 3-months. The ability to roll over clinics will be lost after the 2nd occurrence in a rolling 12-month period. 

Cancellations or non-attendance within 48-hours: 

Your place will be forfeited, and the booking fee cannot be rolled over.  

If ASFR cancel the event: 

Your booking will either be added to the carried over list, to be used towards a future booking within 3-months of the original clinic date, or you will be refunded in full.
