Riders must wear numbers they provide themselves - a number generator will be on RRC website homepage.

Non BRC members are very welcome to compete but must have third party liability insurance through another body e.g. British Eventing, Pony Club or have proof of their own third-party liability insurance at the time of entry.

Only competitors are allowed to ride in the warm up and competition areas.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Times will be published via RRC website on Friday 21st November early evening

ENTRY FEE: : £12.00 Members and £15.00 Non-Members per class, plus £2 per rider first aid fee.

LATE ENTRIES: £3.00 extra per class where space is avaliable

Classes will be split into Junior and Senior if there are more than 4 entries in each category. Please state on your entry form.

Please let us know if you have to withdraw for any reason by phone or text  or WhatsApp (not FB/Messenger). Contact on the day is Jo Holmes Cole 07758 295463. Withdrawals that are acknowledged by RRC before close of entries on 20th November, will be eligable for a refund.

All reasonable precautions are taken regarding Health and Safety but RRC accept no liablilty for loss, damage or accidents to persons, animals or property however caused.

Non BRC members MUST ensure that they have their own valid insurance to cover themselves and their mounts during the competition (either via other bodies BE, PC etc. or their own personal insurance). Only competitors may ride in the warm up and competition areas. Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please ensure that you are familair with the rules of the collecting ring and, if in doubt, ask the steward.
