Payment is secure and it goes directly to Brendon Pyecombe.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Hire cost will be £25 for 45 minutes for one horse.   An extra horse on same booking will be at a cost of £10.

HIRE FACILITIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Showjumping Hire to be booked via www.brendonpyecombe.co.uk. All hire bookings will be made and paid for online, allowing us to monitor and regulate the numbers of clients at the venue at any time, and to remove the need for interaction between staff and clients.

Please ensure arena gates are closed when you are in the arena and leave poles as found.

Please read and understand the terms and conditions on each event information page and by making a booking online all hirers will agree to these conditions which will include the following:
• Each booking slot is for one horse for 45 minutes.  If you want to bring an extra horse the cost is £10 extra (2 horse total maximum per hire session) then please book the time slot you want for your  and then email light16@hotmail.co.uk to book in extra horse.  You can also put a note in the note box and pay the extra on the day when you arrive.
•  Any children attending must be accompanied by adults the whole time.
• A trainer will be allowed to attend..
• Correct hats and boots must be worn at all times when in the arena.
• All droppings must be removed on completion of hire from lorry park and arena.
• Strictly no entry to any other part of the premises except the Saddlery Shop.
• CCTV will be in operation at all times.
• On arrival at the showground please text 07815 908017 to check in so we aware you have arrived. If you are running late for your slot please do let us know and we can assess whether or not you can start late/move into the next slot. This way we can ensure there is no congestion on facilities.

When hiring facilities/ arenas at Brendon Stud the hirer is responsible for conducting their own risk assessments, Brendon Stud cannot be held responsible for; incidents, accidents, injuries, theft or any damage to vehicles what so ever. It is the responsibility of the hirer to have adequate insurance including public liability. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that they and any attendees adhere to Brendon Stud’s general rules and regulations. Any damage to our property, arenas and equipment must be repaired / replaced or paid for in full by the hirers. This disclaimer contract is made between Brendon Stud and by the hirer. Once you have signed this form you have then agreed to comply to the rules and regulations each time you hire the facilities at Brendon Stud. No lunging whatsoever in any Arena. All litter and droppings to be removed from lorry parking area and droppings removed from arenas.
