Special Classes

NATIONAL PONY SOCIETY SUPREME DRESSAGE CHAMPIONSHIP 
 Tests Prelim 3 & Novice 2 will be used for qualifiers. Each test will consist of the six sections all of which will have their own final.
Each class will consist of the following six sections : -
A.) Registered Mountain & Moorland breeds not exceeding 138cm
B.) Registered Mountain & Moorland breeds exceeding 138cm
C.) Registered British Riding Ponies
D.) Part Bred Horses/Ponies registered with their appropriate Native Breed Part Bred Stud Book – including Part Bred Arab ponies over stamped in the British Riding Pony Stud book and ponies registered with the British Sports Pony Stud Book. Please note Part Bred Native ponies and Sports ponies over stamped within the British Riding Pony & Stud Book may only compete in one section per season.
E.) Highest placed Mini rider aged under 12 years on 1st January 2024
F.) Highest placed Junior rider under 18 years on 1st January 2024

G.) Non Qualifying Section

First Aid restricted to NHS Call Out.
The organisers & landowners do not accept any liability for damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, or personal property.
No unauthorised persons to enter arenas.
All mounted persons must wear approved hard hats with chin straps to the current standard.
No horse or pony under 4 years may enter any of the classes.
The Judge’s decision is final.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any entry/entries at our discretion.
The Judge may disqualify any competitor for misuse of whips or spurs.
No lunging.

To run under British Dressage rules, including the dress and tack rules. Rosettes to 6th place in each class. No refund of entries after start times published In event of a cancellation we reserve the right to retain an admin fee to cover costs. The Myridinglife admin fee is non refundable The Committee reserves the right to cancel classes if the number of entries is insufficient.

For these measures to be effective, everyone must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards and take all reasonable precautions themselves to avoid and prevent accidents occurring.
