Show Information

Starting at 6.45pm with the AGM and prize giving. Followed by Chilli supper and games. Please note if you are vegan/vegetarian, non gluten and any dietary restrictions for you or your guests. Please bring a drink of your choice. And any cake bakers/ dessert makers pkease bring a contribution to be judged and enjoyed!

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance only. You can enter using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Keysoe Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.


Attendance at the AGM and meal is free for members, but there is a charge of £5.00 per meal (plus booking fee) for guests



Refreshments:

 Please note if you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and any other dietary restrictions for you or your guests. Please bring a drink of your choice. Desserts will also be provided.

Withdrawals/Refunds

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, a minimum of 4 days’ notice is required for you to a receive a refund. Any cancellation made after the 7-day period will incur a loss of entry fee, unless your space can be taken by another member.
