Coaches, have you considered using a simulator to help your existing clients? Fancy a day of hands-on learning and fresh ideas?
This will be an interactive, informative day bringing like minded coach’s together to learn and explore ideas. A relaxed, informative day full of coaching, connection, and discovery.
 
Led by Senior Coach Georgie Beach Patrick at her base and Supported by Stephanie Brooks, this Coach Development Day will be a great opportunity to join a small group of coaches exploring and testing techniques and coaching approaches using a simulated horse.
Who is this for?
Any coach who wants to:
Explore solving positional and balance challenges with riders
Develop deeper understanding of the benefits of using a simulator as part of your coaching practice
Gain tips and ideas on how to further support your riders, useful exercises and common postural corrections and how they can be addressed on the Sim.
Explore the challenge of coaching posture on the horse and how we set riders up with good cueing, video feedback, mindset focus areas
Discuss and try the EQ Bands and Franklin Balls as tools for working with riders
 
The day will include:
Simulator demo and opportunity for all coaches to have a go with one coach being a volunteer to be demo rider for the group.
Discuss positional and postural challenges commonly seen in riders and how these can be addressed.
Learn how types of saddle will influence the rider and how to positively support a riders understanding of balance and their influence on the horse.
Using EQ Bands, explore how to incorporate them as part of an overall rider development approach.
Working with the Sim – practical toolkit to consider e.g H&S / weight limits / insurance / pricing / duration of sessions.
Opportunity to network and share some time in a collaborate environment supporting each other as coaches.
 
Times Arrive 10am for a 10.30am Start, Closing at 2.30pm

Your Coaches:
Georgie Beach Patrick is a highly skilled Coach who has produced horses and supported riders from Grass Roots to International level. Advanced Centre 10 Coach, BHS Senior Coach Stage 4, BS UKCC Level 2 Coach and BS Level 1 Course Builder. Georgie is passionate about developing sypmathic and effective riders, with a deep understanding that addressing rider balance and assymetries will transform the horse and rider partnership. www.equisim.co.uk
 
Steph from EquiVie is an Advanced Centre 10 Coach, BHS APC Stage 3 Coach, BS Level 2 Coach and EQ Accredited Coach who uses a combination of expertise in horse and rider coaching with mindset and performance elements to support how riders think of themselves and how this translates into real improvements in the saddle whether you rider for pleasure, are building confidence or want to compete to win!
