New for 2025 is the introduction of the 50cm class - with this in mind classes will likely start at 8.30am depending on number of entries.

TEAMS: If part of a team put team name in notes box on MRL.
To comprise teams of 3 or 4 riders jumping in the same class.
Each team member will automatically be entered as an individual as well as part of a team in that class.
Best 3 scores in the team to count.

Teams in Classes 1 - 6 may include Senior and Juniors. 

BRC Junior are riders who are under 18 when joining or renewing their membership, they will stay a junior until their membership renews. More information in the BRC Handbook 2025. 

Competitors will only jump their class round and the score will count for both team and individual entry

All falls/retiring with incur a 500 point penalty in line with the rules set out in the BRC Handbook 2025

Tack checks to take place 20mins prior to competing, Riding Hats & Body Protect (if worn) must comply with the current standards set out in the BRC rule book.

1. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses or ponies howsoever caused on the premises.

2. These competitions will be run in accordance with the BRC Handbook 2025. All classes will be run as a single phase. Riders must comply with current BRC hat rules and body protector rules if wearing one. These can be viewed at http://www.bhs.org.uk/enjoy-riding/british-riding-clubs/brcchampionships.

3. Competitors who are not British Riding Club members should carry their own Third-Party Liability insurance.

4. Riders who fall must retire from that class and leave the arena dismounted.

5. Riders must wear hard hats to British Standard EN 1384 PAS015 2011 & BSI KM or IC mark, VG1 01.040 (2014-12) & BSI KM or IC mark, ASTM F1163 (2004a or 04a onwards) must have Sei mark, SNELL  E2016 with official label, AS/NZS 3838 (2006 onwards) must have SAI Global mark or EN1384:2023 & BSI KM or IC mark. Hats must be properly fastened at all times when mounted.

6. The judge’s decision is final. Any objection must be made in writing within 20 minutes of the said offence to the show organisers accompanied by a £20 deposit. The deposit will only be returned if the objection is upheld.

7. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or alter classes. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made less £3 per entry form to cover administration costs.

8. No entry fee will be refunded

9. All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over.

10. No horse or pony may be ridden by more than one rider in any class.

11. No lunging permitted.

12. No DOGS are allowed in the cafe at Crofton Manor Equestrian Centre.

13. Please use the bins provided for litter.

14. Please remove droppings etc from the lorry/trailer area when you leave.
