Payment is secure and it goes directly to Golden Cross Equestrian Centre.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Withdrawals/Refunds

WITHDRAWAL POLICY – SHOWS
Withdrawals for online bookings for shows will only be made if made by email to admin@goldencrossec.com up until 7 days before the booked date. These will then be refunded as a credit on the account and will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents. Credits on the account can be used at future events at Golden Cross run by the team, please contact us when you would like to use it. Withdrawals made after the 7 days before the booked date will not be credited unless the withdrawal is made before times/ draws are published and a vet or hospital certificate is provided.

Terms & Conditions
Additional rules:
● The competition will be judged as single phase showjumping competition. The competitor will jump a course of 8-10 SJ fences and will continue immediately to a course of 10-12 XC fences including a water fence (this may be water tray). It will finish with the last fence as a show jump, the joker fence. The joker fence will be approximately 10cm higher than the rest of the course and is not optional. I’m The winner shall be the combination completing the course nearest the optimum time with least penalties.
● Penalties awarded as follows: First disobedience in SJ section (4 penalties) in XC section (20 penalties). Second disobedience in SJ section (8 penalties) in XC section (40 penalties). Third disobedience in either section (elimination). Knock down of obstacle in either section (4 penalties). Knock down of joker fence (6 penalties). Fall of horse or rider (elimination). Error of course or retaking obstacle already jumped (elimination). Every commenced second in excess of optimum time (0.4 penalties). Every commenced second in excess of 5 seconds under the optimum time (0.4 penalties).
