Helping roles will be posted on Area 10 facebook page and will be emailed to Clubs

For Winter qualifiers and onwards BRC has introduced a ‘competition pass’ this will take the place of Pre-Entries. To compete and qualify for BRC championships, all entrants must have a valid club membership AND a valid competition pass, which can be purchased via the BRC Sport80 portal. Any member competing at a qualifier without both club membership and a competition pass will be disqualified

All riding hats must have a visible current BRC/BE/PC pink hat tag
For any event with cross country riders must NOT have a fixed peak on their hat.
A body protector is mandatory for this competition. It is a rider’s responsibility to ensure they have a body protector with the correct standard. The BETA Level 3 2018 BLUE label is the only standard accepted for BRC Events.
Riders wearing Exo-Body cages, in which the BETA Level 3 2000 Purple Label, must inform the official steward/organiser before the event.
Flu Vaccinations & Microchips
Your horse must have up to date influenza vaccinations in line with rule G7 in the current BRC Handbook.
Team Managers, please email Mary Gillam mgillamrvrc@gmail.com with details of all your rider’s horse passports before the competition. This will make checking in on the day very much easier.
PLEASE TAKE PASSPORTS AND BODY PROTECTORS TO BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL
