We are planning for this to be an OUTDOOR TACK SALE AND CARS WILL BE PARKED OUTSIDE AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO  UNLOAD & SELL FROM YOUR PARKING PITCH. 

If Weather is bad all pitches will moved to the Indoor Arena and will need to be unloaded outside the arena and items carried into pitch area indoors.

Sellers can arrive from 11am to set up. STRICTLY NO TRADE or MULTIPLE ITEMS OF NEW GOODS/JOB LOTS.

Bring your own table or floor covering

Buyers £1 entry U12’s is free.

Buyers welcome from 11.30am to cafe area and sales area open from 12pm - 2pm.

No dogs allowed except guide and medical dogs.

Cafe open from 11.30am . Toilets. Free parking

Terms & Conditions

 Pitch booking refunds only allowed if we can sell to waiting list sellers once pitches have sold out.

Please email light16@hotmail.co.uk if you wish to be added to waiting list for a pitch. 

£1.50 booking fee applies which is payable to Equine Affairs and not refundable under any circumstances.
