This clinic gives you a opportunity to have a lesson on an equine simulator to work on your rider biomechanics. A great opportunity to focus entirely on yourself without having to control the horse. Each rider can have a 1/2 hour individual session on the simulator with everyone who attends being encouraged to watch each others sessions at the clininc to help assist and enhance their learning. You will go away with a clear understanding of the corrections you need to make and exercises to support this.

Christine Gay is a Ride with your Mind Biomechancis Coach, Personnal Trainer level 3, BHS Accredited Professional Stage 5 Coach, Centre 10 advance coach and list 4 BD dressage judge, specialising in rider and horse bio-mechanics.

 

Starting at 2.00pm - strictly limited to 6 riders

£45 per rider
