ENTRIES CLOSE 3 DAYS BEFORE EACH EVENT IF NOT FULL, (ONLINE PRE ENTRY ONLY)
'DECISION TO RUN DAY' WILL BE 5 DAYS BEFORE EACH DATE
The course will be built in two phases ,first section of show jumps followed by simulated cross country fences obstacles and may include ditches, dyke, angled rails, corners, bullfinches, water and bounces. This also offers Working Hunters and Working Hunter Ponies a perfect practice opportunity.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We ask that no haynets are to be tied to the horse box and no hay piles to be placed on the floor.
Horses can be tied up to lorries/trailers to tack up only. Horses cannot be tied up to the horse box and left unattended under any circumstances for safety reasons and parking restraints. All droppings to be removed

Payment Details & Event Fees

PRE ENTRY - You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to IB EQUESTRIAN SERVICES.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

ENTRY FEES:
Show jumping classes £17 plus £5 first aid.
Arena Eventing classes £26, late entries will be enforced 5 days before event start if not full £30 plus £5 first aid fee

Prize Information

CLASS 1,3,6 ,Cash prizes of £25,£20,£17 according to entries
CLASS 2,,4.5,7. Cash prizes of £50, £30, £25, £25, at the ratio of
one prize per ten starters .

Withdrawals/Refunds

WITHDRAWAL POLICY – SHOWS Withdrawals for online bookings for shows will only be made if made by email to ian@ibequestrianservices.co.uk up until 7 days before the booked date. These will then be refunded as a credit on the account and will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents. Credits on the account can be used at future events at Petley run by IB Equestrian Services, please contact us when you would like to use it. Withdrawals made after the 7 days before the booked date will not be credited unless the withdrawal is made before times/ draws are published and a vet or hospital certificate is provided.

Terms & Conditions

1 The competition will be judged as a Single Phase Show Jumping competition, ie the competitor will jump a course of SJ fences and , will continue immediately to a course of XC fences. THE WINNER SHALL BE THE COMBINATION COMPLETING COURSE NEAREST OPTIMUM TIME WITH LEAST PENALTIES.
2 Penalties will be awarded as follows:
Each fence knocked down in first round 5 penalties
First run out or refusal in first section 5 penalties
Second, run out or refusal in first section 10 penalties
Third, run out or refusal in either section Elimination
Each fence knocked down in the XC section 5 penalties
Each refusal in the XC section 10 penalties
Fall of horse and or rider Elimination.
Time penalties awarded 0.4 pens per sec over the optimum time
Speed for both sections, Class 2 340mm,Class 4 350mm, Class 5,7 375mm
