PRE ENTRIES ONLY: 3.30pm start. Extra rounds may be available on the day for those already entered, cash payments only. If we do not receive enough entries 48 hours in advance the day will be cancelled and full refunds given. We will allow 7 refusals in each round before asking you to leave the arena.

PRE ENTRY - You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to IB EQUESTRIAN SERVICES.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£10.00 a round.

Withdrawals/Refunds

WITHDRAWAL POLICY – SHOWS Withdrawals for online bookings for shows will only be made if made by email to ian@ibequestrianservices.co.uk up until 7 days before the booked date. These will then be refunded as a credit on the account and will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents. Credits on the account can be used at future events at Petley run by IB Equestrian Services, please contact us when you would like to use it. Withdrawals made after the 7 days before the booked date will not be credited unless the withdrawal is made before times/ draws are published and a vet or hospital certificate is provided.
