1. Handy Pony and Clear Round, entries taken on the day and in advance.
2. Challenge trophies or plaques in each class. RoseƩes to 6th place.
3. Branch Championship Cups can only be awarded to members who have aƩended
three working rallies within the previous year.
4. Points may be gained on only one horse/pony.
5. The organizers do not hold themselves responsible for anything which may happen
to compeƟtors, spectators, their property or ponies/horses, in connecƟon with or
arising out of this show. It shall be a condiƟon of entry that each entrant shall agree
to indemnify the organizers against legal acƟon arising from any accident.
6. No whips or spurs in the Handy Pony event.
7. PAS 015, EN1384 or ASTM F1163 or equivalent hard hats must be worn at all Ɵmes
when mounted with chin strap done up.
8. HEALTH AND SAFETY: The organizer of this event has taken reasonable precauƟons
to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be
effecƟve, everyone must take all reasonable precauƟons to avoid and prevent
accidents occurring and must obey the instrucƟons of the Organizer. All Officials and
Stewards.
9. In Class 1-6 each member may compete in any jumping class. Points gained will be
awarded to age group cups. Highest placed in age group category will be awarded
trophy.
Members entering the Lead Rein Classes and Assisted classes may NOT COMPETE OFF THE
LEAD REIN OR UNASSISTED in other classes. Assisted Category may have an adult in the
arena either next to them or nearby, they may touch the rein if required but cannot be led
for long periods of the class as they will then be in the lead rein category.
Points will be awarded for the age group cups as follows:
Show Classes, CondiƟon an Turnout, Jumping and Dressage
1st = 6 points 2nd = 5 points 3rd = 4 points
4th = 3 points 5th = 2 points 6th = 1 points
Handy Pony (to be counted in Age & Lead Rein group cups)
1st = 3 points 2nd = 2 points 3rd = 1 point
