To be run under 2025 British Riding Club Rules. Members rates apply for members of Rutland Riding Club and Wittering Academy Riding Club.

Please wear numbers allocated - either on bridle , numnah or person.

Ensure that your hat meets current 2025 BRC standard.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Sections/ Classes may be combined if entries are low.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Please contact the Secretary as soon as possible if you have to withdraw, using this phone number (rather than email ) 07850 729080 . If withdrawal is made prior to the final closing date for entries then a refund of entry fee , less the £1.50 booking fee, can be rquested

Terms & Conditions
To be run under British Riding Club Rules 2025. Non members of BRC are very welcome but must have proof of their own third party liability insurance at the time of entry – this may be provided by others e.g. PC, BD etc. Please show your Flu Vac. record to the Secretary on arrival. BRC 2025 hat rules apply. Only competitors are allowed to ride in warm up and competition arenas. Please text or phone the Secretary on the day if withdrawing for any reason Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
