Please take note of the following rules and conditions. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of session, without refund, and expulsion from the site.
Please note, our equine centre is monitored by 24/7 cctv and is located in the middle of a busy working farm. Please be respectful of this.
Please ensure all droppings are picked up before you leave, from both the arena and around your vehicle, a £50 surcharge will be payable if they are not removed.
Please report any breakages immediately, replacements will be charged at cost from Jump 4 Joy. (CCTV will be inspected if breakages are not reported incurring an automatic £80 penalty).Areas around the arena are strictly prohibited - please park in the car park and do not venture into other areas of the yard. Only bring the number of horses you have entered to the site. Additional horses will be subjected to an immediate £50 admin charge. Up to date flu and tetanus vaccinations are required. Spot checks of passports will be actioned at any time.Transport and equipment is brought to site entirely at the owner’s risk. Photos and videos are permitted but please ensure you have the riders’ permission. Please post responsibly on social media (and please tag us!)
Showjumping Show:
1. On entering Wood Farm please follow the sign posts to the car park/arena. Do not enter through the black double gates next to the main barn.
2. Horses/ponies must compete at their allocated time slot.
3. All entries are pre-entry. Once classes are full/times published on website, entries will not be refundable under any circumstances.
4. Please park respectfully.
5. Please present to the collecting ring steward before commencing warm up.
6. We would appreciate it if dogs could be left at home but if you really must bring them they must be kept on a lead or preferably in the lorry/car. Please be respectful of other competitors and ensure your dogs are under control. Please pick up your dogs poo.
7. Please take your litter home with you.
8. Please leave the car park clear of all droppings and hay.
9. Should we be forced to cancel the event in any circumstances then entries will be either held, for a period of 6 months, for a future event or moved to the next available event in the same discipline.
