No Lunging Late entries may be taken at the Organisers discretion, subject to a £3 fee per class. Payment for late entries must be made before the entry can be processed. Start times will be given on the Thursday prior to the event, between 2pm-4pm online via myridinglife or www.hartpuryequineevents.co.uk Prize money is paid on overall class % Prize money slips must be completed and given to the secretary before leaving the showground to receive prize money.
Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance. You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Hartpury University & College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.
Rosettees up to 3rd place Prize money paid on overall class % Test sheets can be scanned and emailed to riders or posted for £2.50 upon request.
Withdrawals made before close of entries will be refunded minus a £4 booking and admin fee. No refunds after close of entries. Entries will be carried over to a future show if withdrawn 48 hours before times are published. After this time entries will not be carried over. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Start times will be given on the Thursday prior to the event, between 2pm-5pm. Access through the Hartpury equine events website or my riding life.
