Show Information

Entries close the Wednesday before the event date. If not full late entries will be accepted at the additional fee.
Late entries may be accepted into other classes if space at £2 extra per class.
Final closing date will be midnight Thurs the week of the event.
To be run in accordance with BD rules.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Entries in advance. Online entries only please.
You can enter using a Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Fenning Farm.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

 Piggy Pony , 5* hygiene rated cafe,  serving tea/coffe cake

Withdrawals/Refunds

 Refunds will not be given after close of entries, the carrying over of an entry is at the organisers discretion

Terms & Conditions

Fenning Farm is our home and all are welcome but please help us to keep it clean and tidy by using the rubbish bins provided and by clearing droppings away. By completing an entry you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Withdrawals, where possible these should be notified before the close of entries, no refund will be given after the closing date. All classes are run in accordance with the current British Dressage rule book. Competitors must provide the show secretary with an emergency contact number. Neither Fenning Farm or any of their representatives shall be held liable for any accident injury or damage to property or vehicle. All competitors must wear hard hats to the current  BSI standard
