Show Information

Entries Close 7 days in advance, Late entries 2 days in advance
Show will be competed outside with warm up area in the indoor arena. Course to be walked by all competitors before start of each class. All classes open to both horses and ponies with riders of any age. Horse or rider may enter in a class more than once, but only one entry per horse/rider combination per class, second round will be HC. It is the duty of the competitor to ensure their hat meets the current standards. Classes are to be run under single phase where faults are accumulated over both sections, the second part against the clock. All competitors are to complete the whole round unless eliminated.

Warm up classes open to all. Championship classes open to qualified combinations. Any non-qualified riders who enter a Championship section will be moved to non-Championship section. 

 

Payment Details & Event Fees

All entries must be pre-booked in advance, via My Riding Life.
All Payments and bookings come directly to Beechwood Equestrian Centre.
£2/rider first aid.
Late Entries £2 extra per class.

Prize Information

 Sashes and trophies to Championship winners. These will be awarded at a Presentation evening.

Refreshments:

Café will be open serving refreshments.

Withdrawals/Refunds

 No refunds after closing date. Transfers possible until times published.

Any refunds are less third party fees.
