Please note!! Stallions are not permitted at club shows, including the unaffiliated classes. All stallions must be BS registered to attend. 

DOGS ARE NOW PERMITTED on the show ground.- they MUST be kept on a lead and cleaned up after. 

Please be aware of changes to the Ticket to ride system- All tickets must be purchased directly from BS, it is the riders responsibility to make sure ticket codes are provided when entering.

Horses will be eligible for double clear qualification to attend second rounds providing they reach the age of seven years or under in the same calendar year as the Foxhunter Final - in accordance with rule 310.6 Four double clears will qualify. Four Double clears will qualify for the Senior Foxhunter Second Rounds. Qualifying period: 1st June-31st May inclusive. Those horses that have qualified for the Senior Foxhunter Championship in 2017 are not eligible for qualification to the 2018 Championship. Double clear qualifications will not be obtained from one round competitions (e.g. Table A4 or Table A (1 Round)) • National 1.40m Open: For registered horses to be ridden by Adult, Associate or Junior Members. Qualifies for: National 1.40m Championship at the British Showjumping National Championships. Qualifying period: 1st July - 30th June. Numbers to qualify: Two double clears to qualify to the final. Also any two double clears from any International Trial or Area Trial or classes 1.40m or above in the qualifying period will qualify for the Final. Double clear qualifications will not be obtained from one round competitions (e.g. Table A4 or Table A (1 Round)) Rule 284.3: All competitors in the 1.30m section jump the first round. All obstacles on the course are then raised and competitors in the 1.40m then jump the first round.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Enter ONLINE before 2pm. Entries Close 2pm 2 days prior to the show. Then Provisonal times will be avaiable via live feed on the website.

Payment is secure and it goes directly Prestige Equestrian. 
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment. 

All shows will be attended by an internal or external First Aider. First Aid £3 per rider, per day.

Prize Information

 

Prize Information

Prize money will be paid electronically, back onto your original entry payment card. Winnings will be processed within 14 days of the show Rule 76.16.

We may need to contact you for additional information to process your winnings, so please make sure your contact information is correct on your account. If we do not receive the requested details within a week, the winnings will be forfeited. No cash prize money will be paid. 

Results will be posted online after the show, BS live stream will be available to view online during the show when possible. 

 

Withdrawals/Refunds

No refunds or transfers will be accepted after times have been published. We would appreciate any withdrawals before 2pm the day before, enabling others to have an entry. 

In accordance with British Showjumping Rule 79.5.1, Prestige Equestrian is only required to repay 50% of entry fees in respect of all entry cancellation received by the Show Secretary no later than 48hours before noon of the day on which the first class is scheduled to start. Later cancellations received by the Show Secretary will not be refunded or transferred, including on-the-day entries.
