ENTRIES CLOSE  Monday 14th July 2025 and Late Entries close on Thursday 17th July 2025 at 1800.  Running orders will be processed and sent to all competitors by Friday evening 18th July 2025

IF YOU ENTER.... EITHER class 1 or 2 AND class 4 AND class 5 ..... you will be included in the OVERALL placings for the Competition.

This competition is for fun and to give you and your horse the confidence that you need to take part in competition or just to have some fun with your horse.

Special Classes

IF YOU ENTER.... EITHER class 1 or 2 AND class 4 AND class 5 ..... you will be included in the OVERALL placings for the Competition.
(You can enter classes 1 or 2, and class 3, 4 and 5 and still be included in the overall placings).

 

Class 1,2 and 4 will have placings to 6th depending on entries

Class 3 will have clear round rosettes

Class 5 will have special rosettes

The overall winners in each of the Walk & Trot/ Junior B and Novice classes will also have placings to 6th depending on number of entries.

Withdrawals/Refunds

Withdrawal up to the closing date will be refunded minus an administration charge.  All withdrawals have to be made either via my show secretary or email cwmfagor@me.com

 

Withdrawals after the closing date regretably will not be refunded so please check for the official closing date.  Late entries won't be refunded.  See below:

Should the event have to be postponed by the centre, all entries will automatically be transferred to the next appropriate competition.  If a refund is required a request must be made via email (cwmfagor@me.com) AND within 48hrs of the postponmennt. Should a refund be requested it will be minus an administration charge.  Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank/CC provider, as advised in the MRL T&C's on booking entries.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Competition Entry.

You Enter entirely at your own risk.

In accordance with Sharp Equine's biosecurity protocols, horses are not allowed in the stable barns and should be kept within the arena and car parking areas.  Please bring your own water buckets and avoid walking your horses down the driveway near our own horses.

Ample, convenient concrete parking is available on site.

 Please adhere to a strict 10mph speed limit on the driveway at all times for the safety of horses, pets and everyone on site.

Strictly NO ENTRY to other parts of the venue other than those being used by the competition.

All clients and guests are required to adhere to commonly accepted standards of decency and good behaviour.  Animal misuse, racial abuse, discrimination, swearing and loud or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated.  

We reserve the right to ask any person on the premises to leave immediately. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any persons without giving reason.  

Under no circumstances are horses to be let loose, lunged or loose schooled.

No hay/haylage/animal or human feed stuff to be taken into the arenas.  Haynets are allowed to be tied outside lorries or trailers, but please tidy up before you leave.

We ask that horses are refrained from being tied in the arena and are never left unsupervised.

Strict poo-picking is required in all arenas, walkways, and parking areas.  All droppings to be immediately removed and placed in muck bins provided.  No mucking out onto lorry parkand no hay/haylage to be left in the lorry park. Muck skips and tools are available for use.

Litter is to be taken home. 

Smoking/vaping is strictly forbidden.

Before using Sharpe Equine facilities, you must ensure that you have adequate insurance for you and your horse.

All equines are required to be annually vaccinated against Equine Influenza and must have had the first two vaccinations before attending the premises.  Passports will be randomly checked.  The last vaccination must be at least 7 days prior to the event.

Children under 18 years are always to be supervised by an appropriate adult. 

Riding hats, with a correctly fitted chin strap, to current British Standard Skull Caps/Riding Hats nos PAS015, EN1384 (USA) ASTMF1163 which meet current Safety Standards MUST be worn at all times when mounted (and is advised at all times whilst handing horses), NO EXCEPTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

All riders must be appropriately dressed and wear suitable footwear when riding.  Body protectors are acceptable for WORKING EQUITATION.

Responsibility and Control: Neither the Venue nor any of its staff, nor the Organisers shall in any way be responsible for any loss, injury or damages that may happen to any competitors or other members of the public, or to any animal or property or to any vehicle brought to the premises or while entering or leaving the venue.

 Entry constitutes an agreement to be bound by and adhere to these rules.
