Payment is due at time of booking and until payment is received the place is not guaranteed.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Huntingdon & Houghton Riding Club.
You will receive an email confirmation of your class entry and payment.

Terms & Conditions

1. H&HRC reserves the right to change, cancel, refuse or restrict a class entry at their discretion and without explanation. 2. First Aid available on site 3. Any objection must be made in writing to the secretary within 20 minutes of an incident taking place and must be accompanied by a deposit of £20, which may be forfeited if the objection is overruled. 4. The Judge's decision is final. 5. No Dogs 6. No mucking out of trailers/lorries to be carried out on the showground or in the car park. 7. No litter is to be left on the ground, please take it home. 8. Badly behaved or dangerous animals will be asked to leave the showground. 9. Bad language, misuse of the whip and/or spurs will not be tolerated. 10. All reasonable steps will be taken by H&HRC to ensure your safety. Spectators, riders and handlers attend at their own risk. 11. No Horse/Pony to be on the showground under the age of 4 years old. 12. Horses/Ponies are to be sound and disease free. 13. No lunging anywhere. 14. H&HRC accepts no liability for any loss, damage or accident to persons, animals or property however caused. All reasonable precautions have been taken regarding Health and Safety. 15. Rider to be of suitable size for horse/pony. 16. Hats are to be worn with a harness, adjusted and fastened and worn to the latest British latest standard. 17. Photographs will be taken during the show. If you do not want your picture taken and shared on HHRC web site or Facebook page please make the organisers aware on the day of the competition.
