• The Organisers, land owners and assistants DO NOT accept any liability for any loss, damages, accident or illness to horses, riders, spectators or persons property in any situation.
• Medical treatment is via 999 – no paramedics will be on site during the event. No unauthorised persons are to enter any arena.
• Any objections must be lodged, in writing, with the Secretary immediately with a deposit of £100.00 which will be returned if the complaint is upheld.
• All exhibitors entering hereby confirm that they hold adequate public liability insurance.
• A judge may require that a pony which constitutes a danger to leave the ring.
• In the event of the Show being cancelled for whatever reason, we reserve the right to keep a portion of monies
• Exhibitors are NOT permitted to enter an animal in any class which is to be judged by a person who had, or has, any financial interest in the animal or been connected with it in any way. We reserve the right to amalgamate or divide classes, if deemed appropriate. The Committee reserve the right to alter or amend the conditions.
• Exhibitors are requested not to bring a coughing horse to the show and may be requested to remove any such animal.
• Fall of horse/rider in any class may result in disqualification (from that class).
• Any horse / pony deemed dangerous will be asked to leave the class and showground.
• All riders must have attained their 3rd birthday.
• Correctly fastened hard hats to the current recommended British Standard are to be worn at all times when mounted on any part of the Show ground
• All competitors age 16 and under must wear a correctly fastened hard hat when showing in hand.
• Novice Ridden classes entrants to be shown in a suitable snaffle bridle.
• Riders of stallions must have attained their 12th birthday before 1st January of the current year when riding small breeds and for large breeds riders must have attained their 14th birthday before 1st January. All ridden stallions must wear a stallion disc.
• Children under 12 are not permitted to show, ride or lead stallions / colts on the showground.
• Whips over 30 inches are not be used in any class.
• Please remove all droppings and hay from around your vehicles and take home with you
• LITTER – Please take all your own rubbish away. Or place in bins provided
• No dogs allowed on the showground
• Exhibitors need to be ready and waiting for their classes, we accept no responsibility what so ever for Exhibitors missing classes.
• All competitors enter the showground entirely at their own risk whether in the ring or outside the ring.
• All spectators attend the showground entirely at their own risk
• Anyone displaying rude and discourteous behaviour will be asked to leave the showground immediately.
• The right is reserved to refuse or cancel any entries of any person if it is deemed fit to do so, without reason for doing so.
• Whether signing our entry form or entering online for our show you are deemed to have read, understood and agree to abide by the rules above.
