Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings & payment in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Palace House Trading Limited.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

£20 per hour for flat hire. No additional horse fees.

Withdrawals/Refunds
Arena Hire cancellation – if you are unable to attend your hire slot please contact us via email at least 48 hours before hire time. We are unable to refund but can move your hire slot to another date.

Terms & Conditions
All equine activities are done at your own risk. Please pick up any droppings within the car park and arena. Dogs are welcome on site, but must be cleaned up after and kept on leads at all times. Our team will be in touch with the electric gate code 48hrs prior to your booking. If you have any questions leading up to your booking, please contact our yard manager on 07743 197948.
