Show Information

Entries close Midnight Tuesday before the show and late entry fee is £3 per class.
All Classes New BD 2024 tests.
Classes are open to everyone, results will be split, Stoneleigh RC section and all other riders.

Payment Details & Event Fees

Bookings in advance. Payment is secure and it goes directly to Moreton Morrell.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.

Entry Fee : £15.50 per class

Prize Information

Results & prizes in classes 2, 4, 6 & 8 will be split between Stoneleigh RC members and everyone else.

PRIZES 1st £16:50 2nd £10.50 3rd £5.50
Rosettes and Prize money will be awarded on the overall % of starters in the class.
Prize money will be paid per class 0-6 starters 0. 7-11 starters 1st, 12 - 15 starters 2nd, 16+ 3rd

In the event of a high number of entries to avoid long gaps between tests some classes/ sections may be split and/or classes run outdoors.

Withdrawals/Refunds

WITHDRAWALS
Please inform us of withdrawals as soon as possible and they must be confirmed in writing- by email. Email: wprodwell@wcg.ac.uk - Tel: 03301356416 No transferal of entries to future shows if withdrawing.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds are made after the close of entries. 50% of the entry fees will be refunded to those withdrawing in writing before the close of entries.
In the event of the competition being cancelled, the organiser is entitled to retain £2.50 per rider.
The remainder to be refund to all entrants.

All Classes Run under British Riding Clubs 2025
Horses must have correct vaccines (annual vaccines are accepted, but must have 7 clear days after being vaccinated). Competitors MUST have horses passports with them, failure to show a valid passport if asked will result in being asked to leave the premises - no refunds will be given. Spot checks on passports may be made before results and prizes are given out.
Riders Must provide their own Number on the day - TWO bridle or numnah numbers, or ONE bib number.
ENTRIES Please enter horses under Passport Names.
Please note MRL Fees Non-Refundable.
