Payment Details & Event Fees
Bookings in advance online. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to the Secretary. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Entry fee £15 per class
1. The organisers reserve the right to alter the schedule in any way they consider appropriate.
2. The Judge’s decision is final.
3. No entry will be accepted without the appropriate fee. Entry is deemed as acceptance of the rules of the show
4. Any objection must be handed into the Secretary within 1 hour of the class with a deposit of £20.00. This deposit will be returned if the objection is upheld, or forfeited if the Judges decide that the objection is not substantiated.
5. The organisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss damage or incident to the competitors property, horses, ponies or servants. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that each entry , agrees to indemnify the Show against any legal action arising from such an incident.
6. Every effort will be made to avoid classes clashing but should this happen for any reason; competitors must get a representative to notify the other ring steward, in the event that competitors are unable to enter before the provisional individual shows have all taken place , they will be unable to enter the ring therefore should the situation arise exhibitors must choose which class they want to compete in. No entry fees will be refunded
7. Failure to exhibit any animal entered will entail forfeiture of any entry fees unless a veterinary or medical certificate is produced.
8. Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted on the show ground.
9 It is recommended that handlers wear hard hats when exhibiting, especially those under 16 years of age
10. Stallions
10.1 No person shall allow a stallion for which he / she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any class without taking adequate precautions to ensure other persons are not put at risk of injury. Stallions must be clearly identified whilst on the show ground.
10.2 It is highly recommended that stallions should wear a stallion disc and that it is the responsibility of the Competitor to ensure that their stallion is clearly identified as such
11. please do not muck out lorries and trailers at the venue
12. Please clear up all mess and litter behind you
13. Please clear all droppings from your parking area , before leaving the show ground
14. If any exhibitor, handler is found to be causing harm/distress to any horse/pony on the show ground they will forfeit any placing or qualification. CCTV will be reviewed at regular intervals
15. No lunging in the warm up or arenas
16. Please keep your eye on the arenas and if not sure on class ask steward or other competitors, it is your responsibility to be in the ring on time
