Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to Sparsholt College.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Late Entries are accepted £5 extra charge if we have room.
Stabling Information: Yes
Stabling is available - Class 0 - and is 24 hours 5pm-5pm - times may not be altered if the stable is booked out to someone else after you. Bedding and haylage not included and may be booked at the same time as stabling. Stables are to be left clean and empty on departure.
All Prize Winners need to email show.sec@sparsholt.ac.uk with their bank details by midday on the Monday following the Show to claim their prize money. If not claimed within 24 hours of the Show ending then prize money is forfeit. Prize money is awarded Overall per class according to British Dressage Rule 70. Prize money stickers will be attached to winning Test Sheets.
Please see Equestrian Centre/Secretary website for full Terms and Conditions of the Event It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowner and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses and ponies howsoever caused on the premises • Riders must wear riding hats to current approved British Standards, with the chinstrap properly fastened at all times when mounted. Helmets must have plain, dark coloured covers • All competitors have a responsibility to ensure that they and their horse are fit and at an appropriate standard to compete in the event • NO DOGS are allowed on the college premises due to College Farm Policy • NO SMOKING is allowed around the arenas, there are designated areas in the lorry park • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any show, alter classes and refuse any entries without explanation. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made less £3.00 per entry form to cover administration costs • All horses and ponies must be 4 years old or over • Horses may be ridden once only in each class, with the exception of the PYO • No lungeing permitted • Please use the bins provided for litter and droppings • In the interests of health and safety, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the Organiser and Stewards • For the avoidance of doubt and unless explicitly stated to the contrary, medical facilities will be limited to standard NHS accident and emergency callout • Horses and ponies tied up outside horse boxes or trailers must not be left unsupervised • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult • All classes will be judged under current BD rules • No refunds, substitutions or transfers can be made after entries close •
