This event will commence at approximately 4-5pm. Times will be posted on the Brook Farm website (click on the 'times' tab at the top of the home page) by 10pm on Tuesday, 22nd July Please note the tests will not run in order of difficulty. As opposed to selecting 'early' or 'late', you should please state your preferred time on the 'class notes' section of your entry (ie not before 5pm and not after 6.30pm) and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time but this will be dependent on the amount of entries we receive.

Any Tack Dressage - PYO Short Arena
Info:
For this class you are able to compete in a bitless bridle, BD non-regulation bits / bridles, alternative saddles (eg Western), with boots on your horse, with a martingale, without stirrups or bareback (please note you will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to competing without stirrups or bareback). We are happy to consider other ‘any tack’ ideas which are equine welfare-friendly, but please contact us with your suggestion prior to booking. Please confirm the test you wish to ride (Intro 2 or 4, Prelim 1 or 3, Novice 1 or 3, Ele 1 or 3 together with your 'any tack choice (eg non-regulation bit, bareback etc) in the 'class notes' section of your entry

We are running this competition as a 'come as you are' event. This means you do not need to be in competition clothing (unless you want to be) or plait your horse (which is not compulsory in any event) - just head over and compete wearing your normal riding gear. Please note that, with the exception of entries for class 10, whilst any colour of saddlecloth may be used, the other BD tack rules (no boots, martingales etc) will still apply. See below for information about Sunshine Tour qualification. Re the PYO long arena class, please call Sam (number below) if you wish to do a long arena test - we should be able to accommodate you If you are 16 or over, you are classed as a senior. Payment Details & Event Fees
Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System. Payment is secure and it goes directly to BFEC. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
£15 e-voucher for 1st place which can be redeemed against future entries or arena hire at Brook Farm £10 e-voucher for 2nd place which can be redeemed against future entries or arena hire at Brook Farm £5 e-voucher for 3rd place which can be redeemed against future entries or arena hire at Brook Farm Vouchers are awarded for OVERALL placings (ie not split Junior / Senior) within a class and are subject to the following: 10-14 entries - 1st prize awarded 15-19 entries - 1st and 2nd prize awarded 20 entries or more - 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize awarded.
Those gaining 58% or more will qualify for our 2025 Championship show to be held on 20th September 2025
TRAILBLAZERS Trailblazer qualifiers will return in September. SUNSHINE TOUR This show is a qualifier for The Sunshine Tour Championships held at The All England Jumping Course, Hickstead on 11 - 14 September 2025. The Championships are for unaffiliated and amateur competitors in Dressage from Intro to Elementary. Qualification: 1st – 3rd place. Qualification does not pass down the line. Please email withdrawals to dressage@brookfarmtc.co.uk or text / call 07974 225005 on the day of the show. Refunds and transfers to future shows will not be issued after times have been published. A transfer of entries may be considered if the competitor emails dressage@brookfarmtc.co.uk prior to the show times being published. Brook Farm will issue refunds for entries in line with British Dressage rules and will charge an administration fee for any refund or transfer of entries. Please note that any entries transferred to our carried over list will be removed after 3 months if unused.
