8.00am: Driving Caravan opens to view times etc. Course is open for inspection by competitors.
Pleasure Drivers follow marathon Competitors

When you arrive at the event, please notify the Event Secretary
If you have paid for Overnight parking, please ensure you have paid otherwise you will be asked for payment

 It is mandatory for all persons on a carriage to wear a hard hat at all times, this includes drivers, grooms and passengers, and includes exercising, dressage and pleasure drive.

Entries in advance only. You can book using our Secure Online Entry System.
Payment is secure and it goes directly to WPEC.
You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and payment.
Online entries will close on the same date as postal entries
Email entries will only be accepted if a fully completed entry form is attached to the email.
If you enter via email, you MUST pay your entry fees prior to being allowed to compete at the event.

PLEASURE DRIVE: Entry fee: £20 Members  - £30.00 Non Members

Please add £10.00 per vehicle per event for overnight parking, to cover costs of manure removal etc. Friday night is ONLY available during two day meets.

I/We enter my/our animal(s) entirely at my/our own risk and I/we acknowledge that neither General Committee of Windsor Park Equestrian Club nor the Crown Estate Commissioners nor the BS nor the BHS. nor the BC nor their committees, save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, accepts any liability for any accident loss damage injury or illness to horses, owners,drivers, grooms, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
 

By participating in our events, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed by various parties, including but not limited to our official photographers, sponsors, fellow competitors, spectators, members of the public, journalists, freelance photographers and paparazzi. These images may appear in digital media or print, as well as on private and commercial social media platforms. The Club, along with its partners and sponsors, may use any photographs or videos in which you appear for the promotion of the Club and the sport of carriage driving without further notification. If you wish to opt out of being photographed by our official photographer, or for having your image used in our promotional materials please contact us for the opt-out form. Any opt out must be completed and received by us at least 24 hours before the start of the competition.
