PLEASE BE AWARE ENTRIES WILL CLOSE ONCE CLASSES ARE FULL.  The final closing date for entries will be midday on Wednesday 15th June.  ANY WITHDRAWALS MADE BEFORE THIS CUT OFF DATE WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS A £5 ADMINISTRATION FEE.  ANY WITHDRAWAL AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF ANY SORT.

Closing date for stabling SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO FIRST DAY OF SHOW. 

ANY STABLING CANCELLED AFTER MIDDAY ON Thursday13th JUNE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS RESOLD, IN WHICH CASE A £10 ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

CONDITIONS OF STABLING
1. Overnight stables will be let for the duration of the show only.
2. Bedding is not provided, shavings/hay can be brought on the showground. No Paper bedding please.
3. Anyone found using unallocated stables will be charged at the full rate for the entirety of the show.
4. All stables must be mucked out before you leave. Please only use the muck-heaps provided.
5. Day Stables will be at a price of £15.00 per day, subject to availability.
6. One vehicle only per electric hook-up, adjoined vehicles will be charged at the full rate of £90.

 Prize money will be sent the week after the show.  PLEASE ENSURE YOU FILL A FORM IN AT THE SECRETARIES IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE MONEY.

Tickets to ride must now be purchased from British Showjumping.  The good news is the cost is less. £5 for the horse and rider combination for the day. 

 Pavilion will be open 9.00am - 5.00 pm

 Affiliated shows are required to repay 50% of the entry fees in respect of all entry cancellations which are received by the show organiser not later than 48 hours before noon of the day on which the first affiliated competition of the show is scheduled to start except in those circumstances outlined in Rule 79.5.  After that time, no refund will be paid.
